While the price was very affordable and the room acceptable and bathroom very modern I need to warn people it's not staffed and you need to enter codes to 3 doors to find your room. the location is in the area of a lot of homeless people living amongst streets of trash. You need to be aware of the right street to walk to get to the tourist areas which are really only a short distance away. So if you are a budget traveller then this is a good choice but if you can afford more and expect more then find an actual hotel.

I somehow did not receive the phone number to connect over WhatsApp to the virtual reception.. there is no real reception. fortunately 2 other guests acceded the location and they gave the WhatsApp number for all entry codes. then the breakfast is served to the room at 8.15!! u need to get up and get 1 egg.. 1 toast and 1 croissant.. but not fresh... then even we asked for. .. so I would not recommend.

Clean room with basic items, breakfast included. Digital entrance to building, makes secure stay.
Metro station is 3 min. Wslk
Some restaurants and several coffee shops around.
Neighborhood looks pretty sketchy, although nothing happenned, ( people staying outside of bussines having a drink and chatting. )

Pictures used for illustration where old and new making it seem like you were not in proper location you were supposed to .
Staff giving you the impression you were due out and not allowed to get breakfast that was promised in ad.
Charge an additional $17 not no what it's about have to investigate.
