It was super clean

Everything was great

Although in a busy and quite convenient area, the apartment was very quiet. Spacious, modern decor apartment with good AC , fully working shutters and blinds and a balcony. The roof top pool was a real bonus. Excellent communication and lovely, kind staff.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. The apartment is well appointed with everything that you could need. Our apartment (no. 2) had a little private garden area to sit in (but no view as there are glass walls for privacy). Decent aircon and very good black out shutters. Despite facing a road, and very near to main roads/and metro, we found the hotel very quiet. The roof top pool is lovely, and there is a decent gym with a couple of cross trainers and running machines. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

All quite small points. Couldn't get the key pad to work on our door, but there was a spare physical key that worked. The pool is lovely, and that means everyone wants to use it, so it can get quite busy and there is only space for a few loungers. The ground floor apartments probably do get to hear people coming in and leaving the hotel. Some guests with kids could be more considerate (which isn't the fault of the hotel). The only other point is that the hotel is very well connected with a metro nearby, guests might chose to walk to the acropolis and plaka, but they should be aware that Athens like all cities have rough areas so if you are not familiar with the area keep your wits about you as there is poverty and drug use evident (again not the fault of the hotel, but just something to be aware of).

The apartment was clean and well spaced out. It was a great interior and well suited for our family.

The water heater was not working 3 out of the 4 nights. The staff came in and said they fixed it after the first night, but then nights 3 and 4 we had no hot water. With the maintenance crew not available after 5, the staff was unable to do anything about it after we spend all day out in Athens and came back to cold water. The WiFi was also horrible. After 9pm our shows were constantly buffering when we tried to stream. I took my phone off Wi-Fi just so I could access and download a movie on my iPad. We were also told by almost every taxi driver that picked us up or dropped us off to be careful at night and to not walk around the area due to pickpockets and other dangerous people around.
