Athens Mosaico Suites & Apartments

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, just a minute’s walk from the Metro station, which made getting around Athens incredibly easy. There were supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of amenities nearby, as well as a lovely coffee shop literally a few seconds from the apartment which did the best coffees! The air conditioning was very effective, which was definitely appreciated in the Athens heat, and everyone was really comfortable. As a large family, having two bathrooms was also a huge bonus. Although it was an apartment, it had the added convenience of feeling more like a hotel, as you could choose to have your apartment cleaned every day if you wished, which was a really nice touch. The rooftop pool was a real highlight and so welcoming after a long, hot day exploring Athens. We arrived very late on our first night and were easily able to order takeaway food using Wolt, which was really convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again if we return to Athens.

Very nice accommodations. We had one minor issue that was resolved by the property management team very quickly. Very pleased by the service.

I would probably select a property in a different part of town if I come back.

We loved the location. People said it was not the best area in athens but with 3 little kids walking to and from the metro with no problems at all. Super spacious, and the roof top pool was a huge hit with the kids and us :) Local cafes with great food, huge comfy beds and the shutters are great to keep the heat out from the day. Loved it, thank you :)

Only thing would be the daily cleaning happened around 3 or 4pm when we had arrived back for a rest so we didn't get the daily cleaning as we didnt want to be interrupted at that time. Would be great if it was done earlier, but we understand it takes alot of time.

The apartment was clean and well spaced out. It was a great interior and well suited for our family.

The water heater was not working 3 out of the 4 nights. The staff came in and said they fixed it after the first night, but then nights 3 and 4 we had no hot water. With the maintenance crew not available after 5, the staff was unable to do anything about it after we spend all day out in Athens and came back to cold water. The WiFi was also horrible. After 9pm our shows were constantly buffering when we tried to stream. I took my phone off Wi-Fi just so I could access and download a movie on my iPad. We were also told by almost every taxi driver that picked us up or dropped us off to be careful at night and to not walk around the area due to pickpockets and other dangerous people around.
