Theasis Athens, Thank you for a wonderful stay.!! Thank you for the great location (close walk from Monastriaki Station and incredible view of the Acropolis from the top floor).The accommodation was VERY clean, comfortable bed, air conditioned and the bonus of the light breakfast provided daily on a separate shelf in the shared fridge for each room as appreciated. You’re exceptionally clear and easy to follow instructions were also really appreciated. Theasis is a perfect location for 2 night stay, many lovely restaurants nearby (Alysso’s - authentic Greek food excellent service), Flea Market below (seriously quiet st night and super clean surrounding each morning), getting to Larissa Station early one morning for our day tour to Meteora and an other early departure by train to the port Piraeus for our ferry to Milos.

The stairs weren’t good for medium or larger suitcases. No lift (understand not all buildings in Athens have lifts).

Location was right in the heart of Athens with great views from the balcony. Room for was good value for money - clean and tidy and very accommodating in terms of us needing early access, they did everything they could and we were able to check in right on 11am.

Not really "didn't like" but only issue is the a/c does blow directly onto the bed so you need to ensure that you set the swing correctly.

Super clean, room is spacious and monastiraki is right at the door!

As all the properties in this area parking is a stress factor. However, with this one there’s a parking garage about 3 blocks down the main road. Panagiotis was a SUPER cool guy that put my mind at ease and parked my car safely

- It is simple, clean and comfortable - Location is great for tourism purpose - The terrasse has a very nice view

- Way too noisy at night even if I was previously advised (before booking because this point was key for me) that music was only on Saturday and until 11pm and that my room was going to be in the “quiet zone”. In practice it has been noisy every night (more noisy than in the day). - Also there is no staff on site so when you have an issue to raise is on Wtsap which does not have the same impact… - Housekeeping is only every 2 days
