Perfect view of the Acropolis from a cozy, city-center apartment and balcony!

The communication from the host was amazing, as was ease of getting the keys upon check in and the super central location. The flat we chose had beautiful panoramic views of the Acropolis and the city, with two private terraces, and a third public terrace. We had so much space, and it was incredible. I would stay again.

The only thing is that the curtains are not black out curtains, so some light still gets in from the street lights, so it was not the best sleep. There also is not an oven, which is not a huge deal, but important to note for cooking choices. I would still return regardless of these things as it was a nice stay.

Great spot to feel the vibe in Athens.

The location is absolutely wonderful for walking to the Acropolis. The pedestrian walkway around the Acropolis Park is a lovely way to stroll in this busy city. The property includes a large sitting area, bedroom, and patio tucked away from the busy street out front of the building. The roof top terrace is an added bonus. Very comfortable bed and well supplied kitchenette. Nice bug shower as well.

Be prepared to negotiate the busy street out front. The property is designed so the bedroom is at the back of the unit with good sound proofing for quiet nights sleep.

The location is great and convenient. The facilities are quite nice. But...

This is what make the ground floor apartment a problem -- there's no privacy unless you have the shades down. It's right on the street and even the windows in the back are exposed to the other units. This is such a simple fix - either frosted glass on the bottom half or shades that aren't so cheap and allow light in while safeguarding privacy. Instead, you HAVE to keep the cheap plastic shades down the entire time you are in the unit. For the price point, they should just fix this.

Superb location good quality accomodation.

Brilliant location on edge of historic sites and 5 mins from main subway station (so accessible from airport and ferry terminals). 20 mins walk to the acropolis. Right next to main tourist areas with good value restaurants etc. Appartment good size.

Was out of season trip so reception not open permanently but able to get access instructions the day before so not a problem. Room at back for holding luggage. Slightly noisy but is a City centre so again not really a problem.

Greek getaway

The whole venue is spacious and clean, near to most of tourist places, restaurants and major pick up points of transportation by feet. Great aircondition if u are staying during summer is really appreciated. Also with a Relaxing garden if you are staying on the 1st floor. Equipped with a kitchenette too

Supermarket nearby closes early, ensure go do your buying before 8pm if you need stuffs while staying here

Spacious good a/c

The apartment was excellent and host was very accommodating and responsive. It is one of our favorite places to stay as a family in Athens. Location is great, walking distance to cafes and shops. You get views of the majestic acropolis when you walk around the area.

The owner opened up for us a bit early so we could stow our bags before touring. If you are sabbath observant- he gave us a metal key instead of the code for the sabbath and the location is perfect for proximity to the local synagogues. Great location for walking to the acropolis and the street markets. Friendly polite service. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and quiet oasis in a wonderful location

Outdoor patio area was wonderful for relaxing. The apartment was very comfortable and we had lots of space. Small kitchenette was perfect for leftovers and coffee making. Location was GREAT and close to all the fun things to do in Athens.

Nice peaceful stay

Location was good and view of Acropolis from the roof/2nd floor. However, entry to Acropolis is a little far away, may need a taxi (not too expensive)

The Property was in a great location only 5 min walk to the Monesteraki flea market which is amazing and all the shops and restaurants. We stayed from midweek for 5 nights. Experienced the weekend vibes and it was great. Some noise but nothing bad. It was family of 4 2 boys ages 12 and 14 of my boys is ASD and he coped very well. Very secure premises you need a code to get into the front door.

We just got off a 23 hour flight we ran out of water getting to the apartment. On arrival there was no waters in the fridge we were dying of thirst as it was in 40’s degrees, It’s only .50c per bottle water and surely they could’ve provided at least water. As it’s an apartment would’ve been nice to also have a washing machine at least so be prepared to hand wash esp when travelling with kids this is needed as not paying $$$ everyday to get washing done by someone else. Washing dried in few hours as was extremely hot.

Good location. Very specious apartments. Very clesn, accept for the floor. Nice staff (although they do not stay at the property). The hotel has a great roof overlooking the Acropolis. Very recommend.

There was a leak in the lobby outside the garden rooms for our entire stay. It seem like it wasn't something new... A minor inconvenience in regarding to all the hotel's other advantages.

Pleasant stay

Location was great - walking distance to the cool areas and restaurants. Easy check in considering no concierge. Friendly staff. Clean and modern. Nice view of the Acropolis.

A bit too noisy during the night sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room but I had read the reviews and didn’t really bother us considering we were out till 2am ish… complimentary water bottles would be nice.
