    The property itself is a solid choice for budget travelers. I booked this stay at a very reasonable price, so I did not have high expectations. The location is excellent. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis. ​While the property met my expectations for the price, I experienced a significant issue with one specific staff member. A tall, male staff member working the morning shift was consistently unprofessional. When my eSIM experienced connectivity issues and I asked him for directions, his response was unnecessarily sarcastic, telling me, "First of all, you have to turn on your navigation." On my second day, he conducted an unnecessary identification check, entirely lacking basic hospitality skills. No smile and no greeting. If you take his attitude seriously, he will easily ruin your day, clearly lacks basic training in customer service. ​Aside from this individual, the rest of the team was excellent. The staff member who handled my night check-in and the lady working during the daytime were both wonderful and welcoming. ​Overall, it is a decent budget accommodation with a great location, but management needs to provide some training to morning staff.

    Closed to metro and Ermou street. Rooftop with spectacular view. They have lockers storage for 2euro for 7 days. Sweet lady at reception is very friendly and kindhearted.
