I really liked our stay at Meni Hotel. It's located just beside the Metro and in a more subdued yet neater part of the city.

Cons:
- air conditional: we had to sleep in the room without aircond. Guest can’t control the aircond despite having a remote in the room. Everything is controlled by the reception. Made several request to the reception to turn on the air conditional, but to no avail. Ended up sleeping in a room without air conditional.
- water: first time ever, staying in a hotel where they do not provide complimentary drinking water. Not even a water dispencer.
- neighborhood: quite noisy neighborhood. Wanted to leave the window/balcony door open while sleeping due to the air conditioner issue, but we could not bear with the noise. Quite many homeless around the hotel.
