No waste bin in room and bathroom, Dirty windows, no iron and ironing board

Really great value - I went at the time of summer holidays so non-students were allowed. Much cheaper than a hotel. The location was good, about 7 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the center, shopping, gym, etc. There were students in the lobby area and it was very friendly - the staff were so lovely! Especially the security guard and the guy who hands over the keys. Great kitchen and communual living area. Only saw one other person there so pretty much had the place to myself.

Unfortunately I had an infestation of mosquites on the last night. I could not sleep in the room that night and ended up sleeping on the sofa. I called the customer service and they were no help - really awful! That is the main reason why it's so disappointing. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No AC or fan - I went during the heatwave, poor students must pass out during the heat it's so hot and stuffy! I had to buy a fan. I really wanted to use the gym but it's only for residents. However I later found out you can buy a gym pass - too late for me. You also can use the lobby which is a shame.
