Great Location, and feel safe!

The building is new and safe. You can cook, and there’s a washing machine.

I stayed in 509E this time. The traffic started around 6:15, which woke me up. Everything else is fine, except for some rotten food left by the previous guest—it smells really bad, so I cleaned out the fridge. The heating in the ensuite room needs to be pressed every 20 minutes. It feels cold in the evening, making it hard to get up in the chilly room.

Excellent! I enjoyed the opportunity to visit Leeds and to stay at a brand new building!

The property was new and ready to move in. En suite rooms are quiet, and beds are comfortable. Kitchen facilities are nicely decorated and ready to use, it also has basic kitchen equipment. Towels and beddings are provided as well! I enjoyed the bed, shower and the location, which is very close to the city center! Being thoroughly meant only for students, it was a great opportunity to stay at such wonderful place!

I was surprised other tenants were bringing their own kitchen equipment, even though, it’s all provided, they also kept living it in the kitchen! It didn’t seem to me temporarily tenants were keen on keeping brand new place beautifully clean and comfortable, and it’s a shame. Bedding's could be better prepared and placed through the laundry including antibacterial wash and ironing, instead of being self washed! I also fell off the bed in the morning, so it’s better to use space of the bed throughly!

I’m happy with my stay and the location is very good. The noise from the highway affected my sleep.

The room was very clean and felt new. There is also a kitchen available where you can cook, which is very convenient.

I had to wait for the staff member to give me my key, and it was difficult to reach him. After dinner, I asked for help with the dishwasher. Although the staff member was there, he wasn’t willing to assist someone staying there for the first time and told me he doesn’t work 24 hours. In the end, a student from another floor helped me. The toilet paper quality was average and not sufficient for a two-night stay. I stayed in room 310C, which faces a main road, so it was quite noisy. The noise reduced around 10 p.m., but cars still passed by during the night, and I woke up around 2 a.m. because of it. The window glass didn’t seem to be good quality or soundproof, and it also let in cold air—I could feel the draft in the evening. Although there was a heater, it required pressing a button every 15 minutes, which made it impossible to keep the room warm while sleeping.

Very clean and well maintained, nothing was faulty or damaged, bed and bedding was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced, nice having the use of a kitchen if needed. Good value in comparison to other options around.

Noise from the road nearby was louder than I expected considering the age and quality of the rest of the building.

Het was goed maar ik zal het nooit meer boeken.

De lokaties was voor mij te ver van de binnenstad. Heb veel de bus en taxi genomen. De keuken is een aanwinst, zeker voor mensen die niet alles en overal kunnen eten en drinken. Wel met gevolgd dat de hele kamer naar eten ruikt en dan niet door mijn kookkunst maar door mensen die ook voor zichzelf koken. Het bed heerlijk maar beslist niet groot genoeg voor 2 personen. De gehele keuken en kamer waren wel heel schoon. Ook de mensen van de studenten info zijn geweldig! Zonder hun had ik een groot probleem gehad, ze hebben voor mij een taxi gereserveerd aangezien ik erg vroeg moest vertrekken. Zonder hulp was me dat niet gelukt.

Informatie over de lokatie van het gebouw. Zelfs de taxichauffeur wist niet waar het was. Een plattegrond zou handig zijn. Ook de communicatie zou beter kunnen. Ik heb gebeld maar er werd niet opgenomen. Ook om stasher aan te bevelen om je koffer op te slaan is waardeloos. Je moet eerst betalen voordat je het adres krijgt waar je je koffer kunt laten bewaren? Zomaar geld overmaken naar een bedrijf? denk het niet. Je krijgt 1 toiletrol, 1 kleine tube shampoo en doucheschuim voor je hele verblijf. En je kunt officieel op niemand terug vallen omdat er niemand aanwezig is van het verhuurbedrijf.

The location was hard to find. The address provided on the booking reference takes you to a completely different building. We were welcomed and got given the key card. We were staying for two nights and were only provided with half a roll of toilet paper. When asked for more we were rudely told that each booking is only allowed one roll. When explained that the roll was half full I was coldly dismissed. I was told that managerial approval was needed to give us more toilet paper. I was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the warden. When I asked to use the communal toilet facilities as I had no toilet paper I was escorted to the toilet like I was a felon.

La posizione era perfetta. La colazione non era prevista, credo, o se lo era non mi è stato comunicato. La stanza era molto confortevole così come tutti gli altri ambienti.

La cucina in comune ha pochissime pentole, in particolare ho trovato solo due padelle piccole e nessuna pentola. Inoltre, nella camera erano presenti due asciugamani per il viso ma nessun telo per la doccia ed un solo flaconcino di bagnoschiuma, che va bene per uno o due giorni, ma per soggiorni più lunghi tipo il mio, è poco
