The check-in process took some time because it’s done via tablet. It was kinda slow and clunky but luckily the two staff women at the front walked us through the entire process in English! So glad they are multilingual, and they have the warmest smiles and just really good energy about them. They made you feel like you were really welcomed.
Got to the room; it was a little smaller than I had expected, with the bed taking up 80% of the room but it was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was really my only problem. It’s so small. The toilet is right behind the door and everything is so compact; getting in is like trying to squeeze your way out of the seats on an airplane to go to the bathroom. But it had all of the amenities you could need, plus they gave us extra towels upon check-in which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is really good, close to Gotanda sta. (Yamanote JR, Toei Asakusa line to Narita). Many shops and eatery around. There's a Donki nearby for midnight shopping.
The cleanliness is lacking though. Floor between bed and window is very dusty. Room is a tad smaller compared to the usual Japanese hotel. Cannot store luggage before and after our stay and it's stated on the page. I've been to cheaper hotel with better overall experience, but still recommend if you're in a very tight budget.

It is clean and convenient, but there a construction near in the hotel so it might become noisy at morning but it is tolerable.
