    The location is the standout, making the property a convenient base. Cleanliness, staff service, and facilities were all solid and contributed to a comfortable stay. The main drawback was value for money, which felt a little less convincing overall. Still, the combination of a very convenient setting and dependable standards makes it a reasonable choice.

    I stayed here in mid-October, and my entire experience was deeply frustrating. Throughout my stay, there was zero Wi-Fi available. When I asked at the front desk, I was shocked to be told that the network had been broken since mid-September! It is completely unacceptable that a hotel failed to fix its internet for over a month. Because of this, I had to rely on my mobile hotspot for my computer just to get work done, which caused immense inconvenience and inefficiency. For a hotel to lack such a basic amenity for this long shows a shocking lack of efficiency and care for guests. To make matters worse, the room was extremely small, and the bedding was terribly scratchy and rough, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I would not recommend this place and will certainly not be coming back.

    Rooms are smaller than HOTEL MY STAYS, GOTANDA but the rooms are super clean and great facilities. Breakfast is crap, you can eat better at the convenience stores nearby. A little away from the station but not very far and easy to locate. Reception staff are very helpful but very curt. Recommend for single travellers only.

    When I arrived they told me there is no wifi available and they dont know when it would be restored. It really makes it impossible to plan anything without wifi. I also needed to do some work and couldn't because of this. I wish they had informed in advance about this, so I could cancel. All they were offering was a 1000 yen voucher. They didnt even have the courtesy to setup at-least an emergency hotspot in the lobby. How can a hotel not have internet in this day and age? Avoid this hotel like a plague
