The pool was great, beds mostly available even for us late wakers. Being next to Central Festival mall was pretty cool. Grab to the old city was fine, like 15-20 minutes. Host was accommodating with extra pillows. Excellent Wi-Fi. Great fitness center, lots of equipment usually available and weights in good condition, regular cleaning/maintenance. Clean, bright, modern unit. Rice cooker a plus! Comfy bed, lots of good sleep and dreams. :)
Convenience stores not in walking distance. The closest is Tops at Central mall. A feeling of being far from old city. Grab was great for transport/food/supply delivery. Noise from pool might bother some people. Suggest one more drying rack for balcony and 2 extra towels for pool.

Thin walls. My neighbor complained about me on a 5 minute phone call that I made and security knocked on door to ask if I could lower my voice
