➤➤ Please note: This is NOT the entire house – you’ll have the entire private 2nd floor with a separate entrance, while the host lives on the 1st floor. Privacy is fully respected.

● Check-in by 10 PM. No refund for no-shows.

This was the perfect quiet place just a short walk to the town. Our hostess was delightful and the amenities couldn't be better. If we visit Chiang Mai again, which we fully intend, we know exactly where we'll stay!

Meethana Saritnam is an excellent host! Her condo is very immaculate! We stayed in the upper level. This suite can sleep up to 8 people (2 per bed). We were a party of 3 adults. The room itself had 2 separate bathrooms. This stay location is very centrally located to the Ping river (nearest bridge is iron Bridge), the 2 hours river cruise is just across from where we stayed (the river cruise is also where one can go for a cooking class). Night markets and plenty of massage places within walking distance (5-10-20 minutes walk). Local grocery market is 5 mins walk. Again, Meethana’s home is modern and quiet. The free airport pickup service paid by the host was terrific! Put our visit at peace and safe. Her VRBO communication response was very quick and clear. Her brief on the function of the condo was very clear. She gave us several excellent recommendations to places to visit, transportation options and eats. Love love love host Meethana and her home!
