We had an excellent stay at Baan Sinkaew Apartment Chiangmai. It is located in a lovely, quiet area of Chiang Mai, easy walking distance from the old town and lots of great restaurants and cafes. The host was lovely and very helpful, recommending lots of places to eat and things to see. The room itself was clean and organised.

Room met my expectations. I liked the location – there are good places to eat nearby and nights were quiet. The view on the rooftop is amazing – you can see mountains, airplanes and sunset!

High five to the receptionist that was an absolute charm. The studio was huge, well equipped and super well located, close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay i would definitely come back and share this gem to anyone that goes to Chiang Mai.
Nothing negative, I sincerely enjoy my stay and the easy communication with the staff.

The owner was ever so friendly & helpful if required. The location is literally a 10min stroll into the old town with plenty of restaurants/drinks along the way. The roof terrace was a great sun trap for an hour each afternoon. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & looked very fresh.
This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on, I mean ultra hard like a slab of concrete. I like firm but this was ridiculous. The A/C was very noisy but good, the fridge in the room again was very noisy. The shower had no glass or curtain so literally water went all over the bathroom. Finally the roof terrace could be a really good place to chill if they put 3-4 sun loungers up there. It had nothing, no seats, which is a shame as it has amazing views out over Chiang Mai /Mountain.
