Really clean and lovely people
The check in is slightly confusing but we got there in the end. The pool was freeeeezing haha but it’s anticipated

Our favourite place we stayed in Thailand! Such good value for money! Everything was clean and facilities were perfect, gym was fantastic and had plenty of machines. Tv also had Netflix and YouTube, which was good. Cafe and shop in the reception selling very cheap water!
Was hard to get a sunbed near the pool, but expected for such a large complex

We had a 2yo toddler, so it was good to have a small walk to the shopping mall and night bazaar. The security by the entrance was kind too.
This place is not a hotel or promoted as weekly/monthly rentals. So there was no info about who to contact and such which is normally informed inside the property. Netflix didn’t work the last few days :(( No towels not bed sheets to be changed.

We loved the pool! And the rooms were spacious and great views from our balcony
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all so that meant the tv in the living room wouldn’t work either, and they didn’t tell us the bath was broken so after I had a bath I couldn’t let the plug up to drain the water out
