Felt like a relatively new property, lovely real wood smell throughout. Clean, very spacious room with all amenities needed. Location is absolutely fantasic and value for money unbeatable. Would highly recommend!
There were ants, presumably due to much of the house being made from wood.

This was a great find! Rooms have been decorated and outfitted with love and care, and are very comfortable. The beds are wonderful: big and soft (the latter being an exception in Thailand). We could have easily stayed a week or more .... It's incredibly clean, probably the cleanest we've seen in 3 months of travel. The pool is a nice addition for hot days. I simply can't fault it!
Be aware that staff on site doesn't speak much English, so if you need help with booking tours or transport you might have to go outside. Also, the bar across the street plays music until about midnight (although that didn't really bother us)
