北側の窓からは明るい日差しが差し込んで（暑くない）、部屋は広くて快適。2ベッドルームで、家族3人でのんびり過ごせた。窓からはテレサ・テンの定宿だったホテルが眺められて、テレサファンには最高の立地だった。ホテル周辺にもお店はたくさんあって、特にスーパーのビッグCには大変お世話になった。周囲は繁華街過ぎず、かといって寂しくもなく、立地は非常に良かった。コンビニ、食堂、マッサージ店、ナイトマーケット。すべてが徒歩圏内で、充実していた。屋上のプールも天気が良ければ気分最高だった。（雨期だったが、それなりに楽しめた）
カードキーの感度に難があり、最初はドアが開かなかったが、何回かトライしてようやくドアが開いた。カードキーでは時々あることのようなので、慌てずに対応すべきだった。家主さんは丁寧に連絡をくれて対応してくれて、とても安心した。

Dedicated space where delivery couriers could leave food and packages
Small swimming pool on the rooftop for a refreshing dip

A cafe and a small grocery store downstairs
Small and uncomfortable sofa. Sitting for longer than sixty minutes was hard

Tout était parfait 👌
Propreté, contact avec l'hôte, logement très fonctionnel et bien placé. Plein de petites choses pour simplifier notre séjour (gel douche et shampoing à disposition, liquide vaisselle et éponge, sèche cheveux, étendoir à linge...).
Vraiment rien à dire. Tout était top !🙏

Location
The space looks nicer in the photos. It could do with a fresh coat of paint and some renovation. The furniture needs a deep clean. There are visible stains on the couch and dining chair upholstery. I had to drape a blanket on the couch to sit on it. The couch was also very uncomfortable and would depress significantly when sat on.
There are black (mould/ mildew) stains around the bathroom caulk as well as the washing machine door seal.
