room was very beautiful aesthetic and calm, with a lovely big window. Staff were so lovely and helpful, they met me on arrival to give me the key, you can keep your bags there after check in too. great location, rich inside the fenced old town of Chiang Mai. They provided water bottles too which was excellent
it would've been nice if there where cups or mugs to make tea in. they had a kettle but no cups. Other than that small detail, everything was amazing.

Loved the location! Next to a gym, a good and cheap restaurant that is open 24 hours per day and a scooter rental. Tv had streaming options. The room was quiet. Close to lots of restaurants, nail salons, massage salons, coffee places and temples.
A fridge would have been nice.

Quiet and clean
Noone in cafe downstairs ever that I saw so had to call out to find someone to speak to when we had a question. No cleaning of room during stay but this was fine for us.
