I love everything about this place and the services provided by it. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was delightful, and the location splendid. But it was the unassuming cheerful friendliness of the staff which really made our stay such a pleasant experience. They were prompt, charming and utterly obliging.

Tea-bags! A kettle and cups were provided, but nothing more.

We loved our stay at Ruanmata Homestay! Great peaceful location in the old city with walking distance to temples, cafes, and restaurants. Our room was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind, even letting us check in early, which made our trip so much smoother. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs, sticky rice, avocado, homemade sourdough, and fresh seasonal fruits. The coffee was lovely too. Between the comfort, the warmth of the host, and that amazing breakfast, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai! 💛

Only location and the staff is very kind. Charm of traditional furniture and vibe.

The bathroom was dirty especially toilet 🚻 🤢 There were no sound isolation you can hear what happens in the hotel and you are asked to keep silence. ,(feel not confortable at all) The room is little and even if there is a charm of traditional furniture, the bed is pretty old. I didn't want to think if is it clean enough etc Towls were also old. The shower was slippery and there were one used razor
