Great location. Appreciated the flexibility of luggage storage until our late night flight. Spacious room for our party of three.
A little delay on the check in but was solved quickly.

位置很方便！離北門很近～換匯的地點也在出去的街上，附近有兩家711，食物滿多的，但位置在小巷子內所以還算安靜比較不會被打擾～
房間也很舒適！住的是綠色架高床房間，空間很大，有沙發書桌晾衣架，看評論說床不是很舒適我自己睡起來覺得還好，至少都不會腰痠背痛覺得還可以接受～
這次住了兩週左右，最後兩天同棟的旅客聲音大到靠杯會被嚇醒，一直以為隔音蠻好的，但可能只是前幾天的旅客比較有素養😆

I liked the access to the roof.
Very quiet location with no traffic yet central.
Swimming pool, I did not use it, but looked nice.
Piano, one guest happened to be a good pianist and plaid Chopin's Nocturne.
Smoking right outside of my door.
A bit hard to get hot water, I'd like to be able to make tea in my room not to have go down 3 floors for a cup of hot water for tea.

Nice size and location. Easy to get in and good communication.
NO mattress on bed just a thin mattress topper which is quite poor really. Like sleeping on a floor and no reason not to have a mattress really. The least you expect is a mattress on the bed! Bathroom was quite dirty and had a bad sewage smell constantly. Shower head was fully broken and reported it and said someone would come but no one ever did.
