这是一家公寓，小区环境很好，物管素质高，庭院有一个宽敞干净的户外泳池，有公共洗衣房，门口有7-11，步行到Central Festival （非常好逛）只隔一条马路，生活十分便利。

希望床品卫生搞好，橱柜的杂物整理干净，阳台洗衣机太脏。

The location was good and it was within walking distance to Central Festival. There was also a large 7/11 opposite the entrance to the condo. The security was very good. The apartment was OK.

The apartment owner didn't plan for parking of vehicles, either car or motorcycle for its guests. The condo management wouldn't allow me to park inside the facility. There was very little street parking. Guests were only allowed to park for 3 hours and then you would be fined. Parking permits are available but for only long term renters. Smoking on this facility was frowned upon and they only gave an area at the far end of the complex. This was not a covered area so in the rainy season it would be very uncomfortable for the guests. I did ask the landlord to do a TM30 notification to which i got the response that is was not necessary. However, this is in breach of immigration rules to which I am very familiar with. The TM30 rule in Thailand requires property owners/hosts to report any foreigner staying at their property to Immigration within 24 hours of arrival, using the TM30 form, to keep foreigner address records current. While the host is legally responsible, foreigners need a current TM30 receipt (or proof it's filed) for visa extensions, 90-day reporting, or obtaining residency certificates, avoiding fines (up to 1,600 THB) and delays, often requiring landlord cooperation or online self-filing. There are also signs in the condo complex warning travelers of this. The landlord certainly needs to brush up on Thai immigration rules.

Close to the mall and next to 7/11.
