まず、ホストの方が予約確定後からチェックアウト後まで、細やかな案内をしてくださり、またこちらの質問にもすぐに返信いただけて、何も困ることがありませんでした。宿も隅々までとても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。アメニティまで準備していてだいており、助かりました。宿の利用案内もわかりやすくファイルされており、困ることがありませんでした。小学生の子供たちと群馬県自然史博物館に行く予定とお伝えしたところ、施設で記念品がもらえるクーポンを用意しておいてくださったりと、本当に細やかな対応が有り難かったです！今回の旅行で更に行きたいところができたので、次回もまた是非利用させていただきたいです！
