スタッフの対応が良かった。施設は特に悪くもないが新しくもないのでまあまあだが、外国人のスタッフが一生懸命丁寧に対応してくれたので感じが良かった。
大浴場の足場が滑りやすいのが気になった。年寄りを連れて行ったのでよけいに気になった。あとキャンプ場の周りの足場が良くなかった。

お部屋は綺麗でした。 お風呂も綺麗で大変良かったです。 夕食、朝食も量、味ともに満足しました。
トイレを流すレバーがゆるく、外れそうでした。

Espectacular hotel tradicional, limpio y cómodo. Aparcamiento en la puerta. Onzen interior y exterior espectacular!!! Habitación amplia con futones cómodos y yukatas gratis.
