スタッフの方々の丁寧な対応と優しいお声掛けが印象的でした。チェックイン時には、長旅の疲れもあるため些細な事が気になるのですが、子ども達も待ちくたびれことなく、スムーズにお部屋へ行けました。
いろんな方が宿泊されるからだと思うのですが、バイキング料理が提供される大広間、誰でも使用できる卓球場のエアコンが効きすぎてる印象です。寒すぎて、ゆっくりゆったり食べたり呑んだりはできずにいました。料理はとても美味しかったです。子ども達用のコーナーがあり、好きそうな料理、取りやすいにしてあり、気遣いを感じました☺︎。子ども達も『バイキングまたやりたいー』と言っております。

バス停が目の前で榛名山や渋川駅には楽に行ける 温泉饅頭屋がすぐ近くにありお土産を調達しやすい
石段街まではちょいと遠かった 三連休初日というのを考慮しても平日料金との差が大きいのではとかんじた

お風呂が遅くまで入れる 朝方の時間も早いのでゆっくり入れる
お風呂に露天風呂もあったらいいなとおもいました！
