Lovely Home ST3 - 3BR - Garden

Very clean and comfortable place. Roughly 30 minutes from Alton Towers and plenty of free parking just outside the property. Beds were comfortable and bed clothing, towels were crisp clean and of very good quality.

I wouldn't suggest it if anyone has mobility issues because the property is around 4-5 steps high from the road.

The house was perfect 😄. We arrived later than planned as we were visiting Alton towers, and the communication was brilliant. We loved the garden and the space in the house. Great value for money. The children said the beds were comfy 😄. Thanks so much.

Cheap stay, convenient location not far from Alton Towers and good communication from property manager.

Following facilities listed on advert were not available: washing machine (not installed), wheelchair accessible, bath, free toiletries, balcony, fire safety precautions. Very dodgy gas oven that was difficult to use and turn off, no smoke detectors in kitchen, only 1 smoke detector in entire house in the living room. Smoke detectors clearly removed in multiple rooms. Flooring lifting to dangerous levels in kitchen, marks/ water stains on the walls in most rooms. Kitchen cupboards filthy inside, oven trays dirty, grease all over oven back splash. Suspicious stains on sofa, bathroom ceiling very mouldy, no lock on toilet door. Rubbish all over both back and front garden, cigarette and spliff butts on patio. X1 bed was broken (slats falling out). Window blind strings don't work, broken radiatior covers. Was a cheap stay, which was appreciated, but basic minimal health and safety standards lacking. £150 damage deposit and payment requested by payment link or bank transfer, which was questionable - not standard booking.com practice. As much as the stay worked for what we needed, I wouldn't reccomend and was glad to have not booked multiple nights
