It’s not that I didn’t like but there are some areas for improvement. These are my suggestions: Outside of the is too dark, a lamp post may help i think. The door should be fully wood not with blurred glass. The big carpet is not helping, it just causes dirt and you have to use vacuum if ever you clean it which is kinda hassle. Toilet, maybe put another counter top fixed on the wall maybe. For the windows, it would be best to put like a screen net or something like that because there are some insects coming in if you keep it open. We understand that AC is not common but if we keep the window open, insects are coming in and a bit creepy outside because it’s too dark. I know the area is safe but we have to open the window for some air. Electric fan on summer days should at least be 2 as a minimum. Use of common area for washing machine should have a schedule or at least a note somewhere as based on experienced it is not okay having to share it with someone else who is not monitoring the run time of their washing. Lastly, I think it would be great if the washing machine area would be fully furnished and completed.
