Decent place. No response host.

That it was cheaper than other accommodations available. The location was decent. But you have to be willing to wait for bus. Located in a beautiful place, view overlooking mountain.

The most terrible thing is the non-responsivness of the host. Period. I booked in July and used apartment in Aug end. I asked a query right after booking, but was never answered. Since there was no response, I contacted via email and even contacted booking.com, which simply got redirected to their email, again to no avail. To the point that we were genuinely worried if we will get our accommodation, with 2 kids. Finally a call to their number got response. They said they will only chat on the day of checkin with checkin details. And they did. But the non-responsivness or slow response is the single most downside. Even after checkin, questions about various things were delayed/not responded to. Apartment is as shown in pictures - oldish, but functional. Location although just 15-20mins to Interlaken, have to consider the fact that at the time of writing, there is only one bus that takes us to city in 15mins but has frequency of 30mins. So if you don't time it correct you could endup being 45mins away.

Not Clean and Poorly Maintained

The apartment was not clean and not hygienic. There was dust everywhere and an unpleasant smell in the house. The bed sheets and pillowcases smelled bad, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable with very poor filling. The kitchen was in bad condition – even boiling an egg took a long time because the stove worked poorly. Kitchen supplies were very limited, so I had to wash dishes all the time. There wasn’t even soap in the bathroom.

Only location

The property is completely rubbish, it has major repairs, not fit for living or accomodation. The Bathroom is flooded, dirty, blocked, no heating, no toilet tissues at the property, the Host is unresponsive, Microwave is rusty, Electric hob is faulty. Towels are lack of sanity. completely horrible experience

Perfect place for a short stop or a few days visit to the surroundings

We were using this place as a stop on our route to Italy, for which this place was perfectly suitable. The host was very friendly. Beds slept well and everything was clean.

It's a 3-5 mins bus ride from Interlaken OST.

The living area, dining area and kitchenette with complete utensils. It's a residential area so it is so quiet especially at night. The people living upstairs were considerate too, they keep it down at around bedtime. The owner responded quickly to your queries.

The shower took so long to drain. Had to take a very quick shower so it won't flood the washroom. It gets hot in the evening and there's no AC in the bedroom.

In the bathroom the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor - a mop is provided to help with this. A hook in the bathroom to hang up the towels would have been nice.

Lovely location

Interlaken is lovely and the location of the property was good.

Lack of communication about check in meant another guest had taken our apartment so we stayed in the other upstairs. Had a confusing call from the owner and we didn’t know if we’d have to move apartments the next morning. Made it super stressful and we couldn’t unpack and relax as we didn’t know what was happening. Kitchen not very well equipped, no washing up liquid provided and utensils were dirty.

Good but not worth the money

Fully equiped kitchen. Heating. View from the terrace. Clean.

One room was closed. I got only one bedroom and salon. The description said 2 bedrooms. I should be reimbursed. Also, in Interlaken, hosts provide Guest cards to residents so that we can take free public transport. It was not provided. I had to pay for transportation from my pocket. No wardrobe at all.

poor information provided to location. unfair advertising of price, I was quoted 108 euros and charged 198 USD on my credit card. on the door, they posted ‘ please pay property tax’ on your way out. i didn’t know that was going to be added to the bill. I wouldn’t stay at this place again and will recommend that you choose a place that provides comfort and fair information! Enoch

Beautiful location but won't stay here again

The location is beautiful but won't stay here again. Just be aware that the property has one bedroom for two people, and a pull down bed in the living room/kitchen.

The host wasn't very responsive, and no information provided about key collection. The door was just open when we arrived. There was mold in the bathroom and the dishwasher was filled with water and caused an unpleasant smell. We were also asked for local tax after we left the property - this is information that should be provided during booking. General information: The kitchen is not fully equipped only utensils, so bring your cooking condiments if you plan on cooking. There is no tea or coffee - so bring yours. There is no oven, just a mini microwave.

it’s location was perfect - such a nice walk by the river to get to Interlaken I really never got bored it. and the view from the porch is stunning. I loved the peace and tranquility of the place. if you are looking for a pub on your doorstep then this isn’t for you however

Parking is a bit tight, especially if you have an SUV or a saloon. The shower needs a door instead of curtains, to keep the water in and some hooks to hang towels would be good.

Lever slet ikke op til prisen, og udlejer besvarer ikke klager.

Køkkengulvet var ikke rent, der lå gamle madrester og noget af bestikket var slet ikke vasket af. Der manglede bestik til det antal personer, boligen var booket til. Sengetøjet var gammelt og slidt. Et af håndklæderne var meget slidt og med store gamle pletter. Vi så tilmed insekter.

Host estremamente scorretto.

Posizione ottima in un tranquillo sobborgo di Interlaken. Vista sulle montagne, 5 minuti a piedi dal fiume, 25 minuti dalla stazione Interlaken Ost o 5 minuti in macchina. Parcheggio molto comodo proprio di fronte all'appartamento.

In tutto l'appartamento un unico radiatore funzionante, nella camera da letto. La stanza principale sarebbe dotata di una stufa a pellet e di un radiatore elettrico ma entrambi non erano funzionanti, il bagno e' del tutto privo di riscaldamento. A disposizione solo una piccola stufetta elettrica, del tutto insufficiente. Quando siamo arrivati la temperatura interna era di 13 gradi e quando siamo partiti, dopo 36 ore di riscaldamento, era arrivata appena a 16 (14 durante la notte). Abbiamo dovuto dormire vestiti e comunque abbiamo patito il freddo. Il piano cottura non era funzionante e non abbiamo potuto cucinare; a disposizione soltanto un forno a microonde. Non ci siamo potuti fare nemmeno un caffe', c'e' un bollitore ma il caffe' a disposizione e' la polvere da usare con la moka e senza piano cottura non si puo' usare! L'host non ha risposto ai messaggi su booking ne' su whatsapp ed ha risposto soltanto alla prima chiamata telefonica dicendo che sarebbe venuta a verificare il riscaldamento entro un'ora ma non e' mai venuto e non ha piu' risposto alle chiamate.
