Отличное расположение! Квартира очень просторная с отдельной кухней и столовой, смотрит во двор, а не на проезжую часть от чего очень тихо. Соседи тоже не шумные. В апартаментах прохладно даже в жару без кондиционера т.к. жильё в тени в угловой части дома. Очень интересный и непривычный лифт ) Хозяева крайне добрые, вежливые и приятные люди. Сразу пришли на встречу и подробно объяснили как пользоваться чипом, лифтом и прочими важными нюансами. Из плюсов - можно принять ванну, магазин через дорогу, ТЦ и рынок в 4 минутах, а автовокзал в 7 минутах.
Не было средств для стиральной машины или не там смотрели. Немного не хватало розеток и дверь в туаоет не запиралась. Не нашли чайник (возможно плохо искали), хотя воду кипятили в турке или в кастрюле и нам хватало. Минимум пастельного белья, но мы и не просили. Для лета на одну ночь вполне достаточно. Это всё мелочи. На самом деле для короткого проживания за эту цену хороший вариант!
