It had electric heat which seems to be rare in Carcassonne. It was only one floor up so not bad if you have luggage. It had a dishwasher and washing machine which really helped. As well as all the cooking equipment if you like to cook. It had a lovely view of a garden and church bells. The host was very kind and accommodating.
It needed a deep cleaning and we ended up doing it ourselves. Has some mold that needs to be treated.

Appartement spacieux. Bien équipé, avec beaucoup de choses neuves. (Vaisselle, casseroles et que nous n'avons pas utilisé) Les draps aussi étaient neuf et sentaient encore le plastique 🤯 certaines serviettes aussi un peu compliqué pour bien s'essuyer avec.🫤
Les parties communes sont un peu "guetto" et loin d'être chaleureux 😒 les travaux à 8hoo du matin c'est pas très tranquille 😉 Je pense que cet appartement a un bon potentiel. Il faudra cependant soigner quelques détails. La propreté un peu ... Approximative on va dire 🥴 des ventilateurs serait les bienvenus pour pas dit un minimum vital.
