Très bien situé. Matériel de cuisine complet : grille-pain, bouilloire, réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson et micro-ondes.
Escalier difficilement praticable. Le rooftop est à partager avec les autres locataires. Le stationnement dans la rue semble illusoire.

Rooftop avec vue sympa
Il n'y avait pas de wifi (mot de passe indiqué mais pas le nom du WIFI...), la télé n'était pas fonctionnelle (impossible de mettre à jour les chaines...) et l'hôte ne répondait pas au téléphone.
