The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and new. The building is new as well. All amenities as described. Overall, great for a stay if the location is the right fit for you (for me was perfect as it's close to my friends' house).
The instructions from the host on check-in and check-out timely and very easy to follow. The little "guide" to surroundings, Chisinau and Moldova was very nice touch.
Not a drawback, but just for awareness: this is ~20-30 minutes taxi drive away from the city center.
Again, not a criticism, but suggestion for improvement: having water, tea and coffee in the apartment would be nice. Especially, since the tap water is not drinkable in Moldova.

The projector was very cool! Loved the kitchen and washer! It is a very clean and nice place. The owners were very kind and responsive.
The bed was stiff but that is very common in Eastern Europe.

Un apartament nou, cu toate facilitatile si chestii in plus( proiector, P.S.). Totul a fost confortabil si conform asteptarilor. In fata blocului am gasit mereu loc de parcare. Vom reveni cu drag.
