Friendly, clean, easy to reach absolutely recommended to rent an appartment. Also: we came with the night train and were happy to check in early.
They are not focussed on tourists, cant help you further with your trip, that can even be a good thing if you like that. For the rest absolutely nothing to complain

Clean and nice appartement, good contact with staff
Would be good if there were some more basic amenities like oil, pepper and salt... also, not enough toilet paper and coffee machine is broken.
