Central Park Rentals

The location is great, right next to the cathedral. We got an apartment at the 10th floor (the owner has some also at the 9th floor), and the views of the city were very nice. The apartment was clean and everything was functioning.

We got a different apartment than the one booked, practically identical although it seemed smaller. That's fine, but then the people handing over the keys asked us to cancel on Booking.com (with the excuse that they would rent the original apartment to someone else once the problems with the electricity were solved). That seemed sketchy (why wait until we paid?) and we absolutely refused it, so they gave up requesting it. I read a couple other reviews mentioning this, but it seems they don't do it with everyone... The other issue is that when you open the sofa as a bed, it's impossible to access the kitchen and desk. We were 3 people staying for 3 nights and we had to choose between opening and closing the sofa everyday or squeezing uncomfortably to pass it and go to the kitchen. Finally, the apartment has a kitchen and pots and some plates, but nothing else - a little bit of instant coffee, some sugar etc would be immensely helpful.

Все пройшло чудово. Навіть була можливість заселитись раніше

The host was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.Apartment was really good and beautiful.Everything was super 👌

Close to the center. Quiet area. The apartment is clean. Good wifi.Great view of the city from the 10th floor. Air conditioning works. The contact person helped me call a taxi to the airport in the morning.

We didn't get the apartment we booked. It's smaller. Confusing explanation that something went wrong in the other apartment, so I had to cancel the original reservation. I refused to do that. I did not agree to this, which the lady was not happy about. The apartment is very small and uncomfortable. When using the sofa bed, it is impossible to do anything else in the apartment. You can't comfortably have breakfast or move around in the apartment. The balcony is a half-meter diameter hole, accessed through a tiny door. The building only has one old and unreliable elevator. I had to climb out of the elevator halfway up the stairs. You're better off walking between the 10 floors 😂 The kitchen equipment is minimal.
