I can't fault the property in any way considering the price. The bed is comfortable and the ground floor near a park location is ideal for when I went, as it was extremely hot ouside but the apartment was always cool. I only needed to turn on the AC unit for 10 minutes at the time and then the place would be great for hours! Minutes away from the city centre, shops, restaurants (La Placinte) and all you need. Everything worked and even though I had a minor issue with the kitchen sink, it was solved by two lovely ladies in no time.

I am a light sleeper and fortunately had no issues this time but a black curtain would do WONDERS for those days in which your sleep is just a bit more superficial. It was okay but that would just make the place PERFECT for the price you're paying.

Great location and a very convenient self-check-in process. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, making it perfect for a short stay.

The towel provided was a bit small, and it would be great to have more flexible payment options (currently limited to cash or bank transfer)

If you use a makeshift exit from the compound, you have direct access to a street leading up to the city centre, so, reasonably well located.

The whole building is very old, and the apartment is tiny. The mattress is not comfortable at all, and there's a pervading scent of cooking oil. There was a water outage that lasted from morning to around half past three pm. I found it very pricey for what it had to offer.
