Siisti, viihtyisä asunto. Ulkopuoli hämää, sisältä kauniisti remontoitu. Sijainti on autolliselle tosi hyvä, vsin 5 min keskustaan, mutta rauhallinen ympäristö. Tyynyjä hyvin tarjolla ja mukavat sängyt. Iso terassi.
Keittiötarvikkeita voisi olla vähän enemmän, aika niukasti astioita viidelle. Valaistus kylpyhuoneessa ja kodinhoitohuoneessa riittämätön, ehkä viallinen? Wc-paperia oli tosi vähän, vain 2 tosi vajaata rullaa. Patterit pitävät hurjaa kohinaa ja asunto on kuuma vaikka ulkona oli viileää ja sateista. Terassilla voisi olla ehkä grillikin näin kesäaikaan. Jonkinlaiset asukasohjeet olisi hyvät, koskien mm. roskien lajittelua, ilmanvaihtoa, loppusiivousta yms.
