Localização excelente, com fácil acesso a metrô, mercados, restaurantes. A acomodação é silenciosa. Boa calefação (auqecimento)

Seria interessante colocar um secador elétrico para toalhas. A acomodação é pequena, sem muito espaço para 04 pessoas secarem as toalhas ao "ar livre"

The apartment has an excellent location, which is probably its biggest and only major advantage. It was also possible to leave luggage after 12:00 if arriving early, which we appreciated. Other than that, the overall experience was merely acceptable. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good as well. The apartment is minimally furnished and provides only the basic necessities.

Finding the building was easy enough. We entered the arcade, located our entrance, and that is when the complicated part began. The instructions told us to look for a completely different name on a mailbox in order to find a lockbox containing the key. We spent about 15 minutes trying to communicate with the host because the name did not match. The host initially insisted that we were at the wrong location, but the staff at the neighboring café kindly confirmed that the address was correct. In addition, all access codes matched the information we had received. Eventually, we managed to find the key because, despite the incorrect name on the mailbox, it was the only mailbox that was open and visibly contained a lockbox. When we entered the apartment, a cleaner was still finishing up after the previous guests and also confirmed that we were in the correct place. We left our luggage and went out. Later, the hosts finally acknowledged that we had indeed been at the correct location all along. :) The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There were items left under the bathroom sink from previous guests, the area behind the toilet was dirty, there were cobwebs, and the coffee table in the living room had visible stains. To make matters worse, there was a mouse in the apartment, and it got into our food during the night. To be fair, we had read previous reviews mentioning a mouse, but I assumed it had been an isolated incident and that the issue would have been addressed by now. The dishwashing sponges were old and disgusting. That alone says a lot about the level of cleanliness. As for the facilities, there are no coat hooks or hangers in the hallway. There are also no hooks or racks for towels anywhere in the bathroom. For three adults, it was very inconvenient to have to pile all our towels on top of each other or hang them over the shower door. Communication was also very poor when I needed an invoice for my company. I had to insist several times.
