A beautifully appointed converted barn. This property is so lovely and great place to stay for our short break. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds excellent and the barn has everything you could want. Not the cheapest but worth every penny.

Upon arrival the thermostat was at 11 degrees which was simply too cold. being a big conversion it took hours and hours to heat up only for the timer to let it drop to 11 degrees by the morning. The owners probably just need a more consistent temperature maintained for guests in the winter months. The wood burner is a lovely addition however for the price paid I would have expected to be able to gather more than just one basket of wood from the log pile for a 5 night stay. Lastly the wall between the master bedroom and next door must be quite thin as depending upon your neighbours you may have a restless night. We got unlucky for the period of our stay with neighbours up into the early hours playing loud music. You can hear them speak clearly!!
