Naturally, you're also surrounded by ample routes for walking and cycling. Discover the diverse wildlife and well-established flora of Brede High Woods (3.5 miles) or enjoy the pretty footpaths around Darwell Reservoir (6 miles). Just 1 mile away, Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard offers a local delight, with tours and tastings at England’s oldest organic vineyard. The fabulous beaches of the East Sussex coast are also within easy reach – less than 7 miles from your doorstep.

A third bedroom, also a double, is located on the mezzanine level. Although the property accommodates four guests, the additional bed offers added flexibility for different group configurations.

This generous outdoor space is fully enclosed, making it ideal for children, although the pond is unenclosed and care should be taken. The patio is furnished to create a wonderful chill-out zone when the sun shines, with a table and chairs positioned to take in the stunning view.
