An absolutely stunning apartment which was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a 4-day stay in Edinburgh. Top-end appliances and a great assortment of pots, pans, dishes, etc., in the kitchen made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The apartment was easily reached from a nearby tram stop, conveniently located across the street from a small grocery store and close to restaurants.
While street-noise was loud as others have commented, we found that it didn't really distract us much and otherwise the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We hadn't anticipated the walk up 2 flights of stairs with our luggage, but it was well worth the climb!

The apartment was stunning - and much bigger than we expected! The living area was so spacious and has a huge comfy couch. Every room had lovely light, and beds in the bedrooms were very comfy. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and appliances that seemed very new. The place was spotless. The location was ideal - right in the middle of Leith beside the shore. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.
The apartment has beautiful big old windows, but as it is right on the road, it meant it was a bit loud at night and early in the morning with cars and roadworks. However the hosts do supply earplugs to help with this and it's not too busy outside.

street sound was the only point worth mentioning. Provided ear plugs worked great.

Location was excellent; right next to the tram and in a beautiful part of Leith. The apartment was well equipped, looked new, with everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.
The cancellation policy is unreasonably rigid for a 7-night stay. It would also be nice to have a place to sit in the entrance to take shoes on and off, given the no shoes policy, as well as somewhere to hang coats.
