A nice stay with a wonderful view of the ships coming and going to Dubrovnic.

It is not to far from Old Town Dubrovnic. To far to walk, but an Uber gets you there for €12/15 and in 10 minutes. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and explained everything. The appartement was not big, but enough for the 2 of us and and all the things we needed for a nice stay.

Some complain about the "busy" road in the front and the back of the house. Sure, if you are sitting outside your hear it, but it is not to loud. As soon as you are inside, all the sounds are gone! So it did not bother us at all!

The most amazing accommodation in the ideal setting. Highly recommended in every aspect!

Host was so friendly and hospitable. They also went out of their way for us on some ocassions. A fantastic round off to a perfect stay!

Nothing I did not like. Just wish a convenience shop was a little bit closer and that's it. Everything really was perfect.

The house was clean and the host was helpful with the recommendations and suggestions for tours.

The bedroom being on a different floor from the bathroom was not convinient. The view in the pictures for the sea view is not exactly what is shown in the pictures. We got to see only a bit of the sea from the room we were given and the house is quite far from the center and the attractions.

New and comfortable apartment with view a few km from Old Town, lovely beach nearby.

This totally new and very comfortable apartment is 4-5 km from the Old Town and from supermarket. It is therefore necessary having a car/take bus or taxi. That said, the apartment was perfect, with a wonderful terrace with view on the sea, and a lovely beach nearby.

Awesome views, balcony from bedroom and main room with direct sea view. Undercover garage parking. All facilities needed were easily available.

No coffee for coffee machine and only one sachet of instant, dairy free coffee (there were a few dairy coffee sachets) which was Turkish so not to everyone liking necessarily.

Amazing sea view. Nice balcony. Good equipped kitchen. The apartment is well maintained and seems to be just recently renovated. Bed was comfy. The cleaniness was outstanding. The location is a bit remote, so would recommend coming by car. Otherwise you always need to take an Uber for getting anywhere. Or you have enough time to walk…

Million dollar views

Everything! Apartment was fitted out with stylish fittings and many cosy touches. Luciana has obviously put her heart into this place. The view is absolutely amazing! Waking up to see cruise ships, yachts and pleasure craft gliding by is something else. The apartment is approximately 15 minutes by uber to the Old Town. A short stroll will bring you to a local beach. No restaurants handy, but we catered ourselves. Luciana and Roberto were great hosts. Apartments Lovro, were for us an ideal choice and would highly recommend!

Unfortunately construction work is being carried out next door. It is very loud and continues all day. We became used to it, others may not!

Very nice apartmets in great location with fantastic view from the terrace! Very kind and helpful owners. Our apartment with private terrace and parking place in garage was very comfortable and clean. In kitchen all neccacery staff was available for us. Great experience! 100% recommend! Near the apartmets is available local beach (200m) which is nice and not crowdy.

We already miss the appartment and Roberto, the landlord. The appartment has a perfect view. It kept "all its promises". It is simple, clean and offers everything you need for living. Roberto is friendly and always here to help. Perfect, wished all our bookings would be that good.

Great stay in Lozica (Dubrovnik)!

Spectacular position, in front of a beautiful and absolutely not crowded beach. The view from the balcony is astonishing. Using your own car is preferable, although old town, port and Lapad beaches are easily reachable by public transport. Luciana is a great host and she is very available for any kind of suggestion and help. Luciana's parents are delightful persons and we have really appreciated their kindness. Thus, I strongly recommend this apartment. For sure, we will book it again in case of coming back to Dubrovnik in future!

The apartment was very nice and clean, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, we could cook and use the oven, which was important for us. There is also a washing maschine in the bathroom, hairdryer and iron. The sea view and the terrace was beautiful, it was so relaxing spending the evening and watching the sunset from there. The host family was super cute, they helped us in everything. We would recommend this place to everybody who wants a nice sea view apartment which is not far from Dubrovnik old town.

The wifi did not work in the bedroom. It worked only in the kitchen. TV would be better in the bedroom than in kitchen. Apartments are a bit harder to find. It is quite outside of Dubrovnik (just keep it in mind).

The address listed on the Booking.com website is inaccurate. It is very difficult to find the place according to what appears on the website. I had to call the lovely landlady who directed me to the right location.

Absolutely stress-free feel good vacation

We chose the apartment with full sea view and it was well worth it! The terrace was spacious and perfectly situated. In the morning the pergola provided some comfortable shade until about noon and in the evening the sun set just front. Waking up and stepping out to this amazing sea view could have not given us a better feeling of being on vacation. Everything was very practical for travellers. Especially the proximity to Dubrovnik to the south for some action and many quiet beaches along the coast to the north (by car). There were also plenty of surfaces in the bathroom to put toiletries etc. Overall nothing we had to worry about!

Paradise - best place i stayed in Croatia

This apartment was amazing. A few kms from Dubrovnik Old Town (took 15 mins to get there) it is perched high on the hillside with panoramic water views. Our hosts were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. There was also a fabulous private terrace and a little beach five minutes down the road. It was SO lovely and so relaxing it was actually hard to go out! Supermarket was close (driving) and there were a couple of great little bars and restaurants - we loved Vapor, on the water, suggested by our hostess. Oh. And there’s private parking here onsite! And a great coffee machine. Just wonderful

Ideally you would have your own car/transport (we were on a motorbike). But a taxi is just 10 euros into the old town

Wunderschön

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett und haben sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Wohnung reicht von der Größe aus für 2 Personen. In die Stadt Dubrovnik kommt man am günstigsten mit einem kleinen Bus (3A) nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, ansonsten auch mit einem Uber. Der Parkplatz war in einer Garage, so ist das Auto geschützt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen.

Die Kochutensilien sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
