Our stay was a terrific experience, great location for groceries, wine and walks.

The location was terrific. Close to the harbour and the shops, cafes etc. You have to go up steps to get to the accommodation so keep that in mind if you have suitcases. It is close to the train station and the Cinque Terra hikes. A lovely ‘fish and boat’ vibe in the apartment. A lovely view to the Med. from the cute Juliet Balcony on the mezzanine level(mind your head). The shower was hot and the toiletries were also good. Great linen, good bed and bedding, good towels in the bathroom, and plenty of room in the appartment. Wardrobes for hanging clothes. A terrace off the kitchen was really nice to eat dinner from. Coffee maker was good.

There were no dish towels(tea towels) in the kitchen, or a plug for the kitchen sink or hot water for the kitchen sink. So we had to use bathroom towels for the dishes. There is a daily cleaning service but they mustn’t use hot water to clean dishes either? We boiled the kettle to get hot water.

Location --right on trail to Corniglio and across from one to Monterosso. Fun apartment with lots of space, charm and close to rails. Upstairs loft worth the scary ladder up!

Two thin old towels. No dish towel. ONE pillow each. Two is always nicer. Never met host, which is fine. I could communicate easy enough by WhatsApp

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment, hosts, and town!

The hosts were helpful, responsive, knowledgable of the area, and readily available. They provided helpful information on best restaurants, activities, etc. The apartment is in the center of town and close to everything. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has AC, and an espresso machine with pods available.

Located above a restaurant which plays nightly music. We enjoyed hearing the music, although it can be heard fairly late in to the night. There are many windows, although when open, there is little privacy as you are facing neighbors' terrace / windows.

Great place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre!

The apartment was fantastic and in a perfect location! Very spacious for us and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the summer nights. Also, the owners of the property are very nice!

Great location but a little cramped for a family.

It was in the centre of the old town and was clean and tidy place. Better for just a couple rather than a family. Despite difficulty contacting hosts, they graciously recovered a bag I left behind with all our travel documents. They held them safely until we returned after a few hours of leaving so we could continue our travels.

No electric kettle and very tight for space for two families. Only one bathroom. Parking was remote and expensive, although there is a shuttle provided. Hosts were difficult to contact and often had to message twice.

We wanted 15 minutes for the host to arrive to show us to her room. But, she provided free service to carry our bags up the stairs to get to the apartment. So it made up for it.very nice apartment, great location!

I would definitely recommend this apartment in Vernazza.

Great space, great location, lovely and helpful hosts.

I don't think there's any way you'd find the apartment without help (Google Maps and similar software is USELESS in Cinque Terre). I forgot to contact the hosts until we were on the train enroute to Vernazza so there wasn't anyone to meet us. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone numbers provided but eventually lucked out and caught one of the hosts exiting another of their apartments and she let us in. After that, everything was wonderful!

What a fantastic apartment in a perfect location.

Everything about our stay in the Carattino Apartment was wonderful. It’s in a superb location, it’s super clean, Federico and Virginia treated us wonderfully, and the apartment is wonderfully spacious. We loved the loft, with its nice (but small) view of the water; and the outdoor terrace, where we ate our breakfasts. The apartment is on three levels, providing extra charm.

Nothing. People with mobility issues would have difficulty with all of the stairs (as the apartment is on three levels), but it proved perfect for us.

The hosts were wonderful and even helped us with our bags, which was critical for us (baby and husband has a disability).

I thought the place had an ocean view from the balcony / deck but in fact it was just a small view of the ocean from an upstairs window where there's no seating. Balcony was clean but not super appealing since there wasn't a view.

The restaurant is moving goods from the street to the restaurant that is upstairs the street and is very noisy due to the equipment they use to move all the stuff up the stairs in the morning ...... they start at 8:00 AM...hopefully they will change it for an electrical instead of that noisy engine.....

The host was super helpful, booked us the most amazing restaurants and set us up with a private water taxi which was so great. Fab location, right in the centre, close to everything but not loud at all. Apartment also much nicer than the pictures!

Super Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Minuspunkte für die Klimaanlage.

Die Wohnung is sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub in Vernazza. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch und an Kochen kann man hier absolut nicht denken, aber dafür gibt es ja sehr sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die Leistung der Klimaanlage hat der Grösse der Wohnung nicht Rechnung getragen. Ja wir hatten fast 40 Grad Aussentemperatur, und die Wohnung blieb auch nachts sehr sehr warm.

Beligheten var bra. Det er ikke var langt opp. Store rom og litt hjemmekoselig.

Lite håndsåpe, prøvde å legge det sammen med skittne håndkler for å hinte om å fylle det opp. Litt støvete i leil.da vi ankom. Vår sønn fikk plutselig andre ørerpropper, som muligens ble forveklset av renholderen. Verandaen ble ikke brukt av oss da det blåste varmt fra varmepumpene som står rett ved siden av spisedelen. Hemsen ble heller ikke brukt da det ble for varmt der oppe, og sofaen der oppe var også ikke imgod stand. Fant også brukt tallerken og glass oppe på hemsen.

Het appartement oversteeg onze verwachtingen. Het is licht en ruim, met een moderne badkamer. De ligging in het kleine centrum van Vernazza is perfect, al hoor je 's avonds laat en 's ochtend vroeg wel mensen buiten praten. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de airconditioning in de slaapkamer was ook deze tijd van het jaar al nodig.

We hadden meer keukengerei verwacht (met name wat grotere mokken).

Läget och att lägenheten var mycket rymlig.

Det var mycket i lägenheten som kändes provisoriskt. Lösa köksluckor, eluttaget vid kaffemaskinen satt löst, brunnen i duschen var lös och proppen gick i köket när vi skulle sätta på ugnen samtidigt som vi använde annan el i köket. Det fanns ingen rullgardin i sovrummet vilket gjorde att det var ljust hela natten.
