Large and spacious apartment, excellent location
Our stay was during the jazz festival , and there were noisy participants passing under our windows all night

Spacious apartment with the exception of the bathroom, though having a separate toilet is good. Good kitchen with everything needed for preparing a meal , though a microwave would be a good addition.

The apartment was very close to the train station and we appreciated the flexible check-in time. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and particularly the lounge area.
There was no house manual with basic information about the apartment e.g. location of the washing machine or how to use the TV. Also the kitchen had barely any essentials (eg oil or a vegetable peeler). The hand basin in the bathroom was ridiculously small!
Communication wasn’t great which was due to language issues - we only speak English.

It was extremely close to the train station and we were travelling by train. Also close to the lake
The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable that one person slept on the couch.
There was absolutely no information in the apartment. We were travelling using wi-fi and there was nothing in the unit to give us the sign-in and password. We had to activate Telstra and ring the owner.
