Huge apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms. Nice linen on beds. Great lounge room with comfortable lounge chairs. Easy 4 min walk from the main train station and easy flat walk to the lake and town.
This was a great place to stay, we loved it!
A few basics missing like tea towels in the kitchen and only one roll of toilet paper BUT the owner was very responsive and quickly brought anything we needed

Location was fantastic. Just steps away from the train station.
The kitchen worked. The heat worked. The hot water worked. The beds worked. Lots of pillows.
It lacked sufficient furnishings: The entry had no coat rack, coat hooks, shoe shelf, anywhere to sit and change shoes, or a shelf to put purses, keys, hats on. We had coats and winter clothing draped over sofas and chairs all over the apartment.
The bedroom needed another dresser. We had to place our luggage on the floor and throw clothes over the sofa. There was a wardrobe but it was too small.
The kitchen was big enough for a small breakfast table. We had to settle for the dining table in the main room which required a lot of walking back and forth.
The washing machine took some research to figure out how to use it, but it worked.
This is an updated apartment in a very old building. The electric wiring is lacking. There were too few lights, too few electric outlets and some of the outlets didn't work at all. Some of the outlets were too small for EU style plugs.
The hairdryer did not work. We messaged the manager but got a tepid response. We ended up using a hairdryer my daughter brought.
The doors were quite ancient.
The owner required a cash payment for city taxes as a separate payment from the initial credit payment to Booking.com. This was extremely inconvenient. All other vendors collect taxes upfront with the Booking.com payment.

Great location in the centre of town-perfect for the christmas markets, very clean, modern and spacious. Lovely little touches like chocolates and candy cains on the light up tree and the table had christmas runner and placemats. Also lovely lavender pouches, we brought some from Geneva to bring home. Host was very responsive. Would recommend. Pictures don't do it justice
