It will be a nice appartment but an air conditioner in this location is a must!!
good kitchen, well equipped, 2 bathrooms, nice view from the living room
No air conditioner!! Impossible to sleep during summer hot days. You have to know that bedrooms are not in the 3rd floor! They are on the first floor near the pedestrian pass. And if you sleep with open window (no other way!) you will hear every person or motorbike, which decides to make noise at night.
