Location was good for car-less travellers. 15-30 mins walk to local eateries (celup tepung etc) 8 mins walk to Jetty Kampung Baru designated pick up for Sukkew Travel Redang Daytrip (highly recommended) Room was spacious and clean with 2 dbl bed, common area for gatherings or relaxing. Suitable for travelers whose looking for a place to chill and relax hassle free. Location is scenic and peaceful along a beautiful path of coconut trees facing Pantai Penarik

Service can be improved tremendously. Or maybe it was the vibe they were going for?? Im not sure. No one responded to any queries or qns post confirmation on 2 diff platforms thats i reached out to, despite texting them a month before the trip. (It was my first visit to TGG) We happened to arrive at 2 hrs before official check in time but was not considered for early check in which i was understood in the beginning till i realised that the rooms were actually readily available with no prev guests or housekeeping to be done! We were instead made to wait for 2 hours due to check in policy. Upon reaching was surprised to see renovations of a new pool. Which wld be a nice feature for future guests. But unfortunately it wasnt ready for us during our stay.

Even tho my room had faulty key, the staff is swift and helpful in assisting me and assign me to a new room

I do not often leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set for a family holiday. * The check-in process was challenging. We waited nearly an hour with no staff present at reception, and our repeated calls for assistance went unanswered. * The resort remains an active construction site. The view from our chalet overlooked ongoing construction work and building materials, which was not the environment we had anticipated for a family vacation. * Our most significant concern was safety. An unfinished swimming pool excavation had been left exposed creating a serious hazard, particularly for children. * In our view, the resort should reconsider accepting paying guests until construction has been completed and appropriate safety measures are fully in place. * Prospective guests should also be aware that the beach is approximately 0.5 km away, and the chalet is situated adjacent to a cellular tower. After spending 4D3N here, I would encourage travellers to consider these factors carefully before making a reservation. Paying resort rates for accommodation that felt more like a construction site had a substantial impact on our holiday experience. Regrettably, it was among the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had.
