The location and beachfront room were the only positives.
We came as a group of 8 and had our booking confirmed by the chalet owner several days before arrival. Yet, when we checked in, the front desk insisted there was no booking and no room available. Fortunately, I had the owner’s confirmation messages as proof. Only after showing them did they suddenly find a solution and ask us to wait while the room was being cleaned.
The cleanliness was also disappointing. The toilet was disgustingly dirty and smelled strongly of urine. The food was not nice and quite pricey. If the food was expensive but good, we wouldn’t mind, but unfortunately it wasn’t.
We also paid for a private snorkeling boat. The day before, the front desk staff quoted us one price, but suddenly the price changed. Then, when the boat arrived, there were three other guests on the boat. We paid for a private trip, so this was extremely disappointing. Private should mean private, right? What a joke.
This property has a great location and plenty of potential, but the management seriously needs to improve the booking system, staff coordination, cleanliness, food quality, and transparency with customers. With proper management, this place could be so much better. Owner please take note!!

Excellent location rooms open
Onto the beach, so a true beach stay. Restaurant is on the beach so very authentic. Great snorkelling and experiences. Rooms are a little tired, dated, authentically local. Mimi and the team looked offered us very well, Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Highly recommend the night snorkelling tour.
