The property was lovely and very comfortable beds.

Awesome location to get anywhere in NYC. Fun neighbourhood to explore. Host was very attentive and had everything ready to go and easy to understand
A bit on the pokey side when you have four people plus luggage. And gets quite stuffy on warm days

easy to get in instructions were clear host was nice. The space was pretty and felt safe.
some poorly made shelf in the bathroom fell off and the blinds in the bed room were broken so i felt exposed while changing. They should fix that. Hallway had trash pile up near the stairs which started to smell.
