**DM for short term rates** Welcome to our newly renovated 3 bedroom Greenwich village apartment just blocks from Washington Square Park! Our luxury floor-through home has modern touches with all the comforts of home. Our home features three distinct bedrooms - Master with en suite bathroom - as well as a marble dining table seating 8, a true chef’s kitchen and a loungy living room with 77" TV. Two additional bedrooms with queen-sized sleeper sofas and another 1.5 bathrooms round out our space!
Designed and renovated in Fall 2023, our incredible three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is located in the heart the the greatest neighborhood in NYC, Greenwich Village. Our apartment will make you feel at home with while also properly cared for, as we are traveling hospitality professionals. It is our job to make travelers feel special, thus we spare no expense at our home.

• A fully stocked chef's kitchen (one of the residents is a chef) with all the ingredients, tools and more you could need to plan, prep, cook and execute any meal
• High-end Italian stainless steel appliances with all the usual: fridge with built-in water filter, range, microwave, dishwasher
• Multiple coffee maker and hot water boilers, including Nespresso
• Restaurant-level blender and knife block
• Hundreds of plates, bowls, glasses, kitchenware, tableware
• Huge stone island for cooking and eating
• In the entry room, a dining table is a gorgeous purple Italian marble surrounded by four unique dining chairs plus loungy sitting area for reading and relaxing
Master Bedroom
• The bedroom features a luxury hybrid King-size mattresses and mostly Restoration Hardware furniture and decor
• Located in the interior of the building for pin-drop quiet at night
• Individual heating and cooling climate control
• Plenty of blankets, linens and bedding
• Vanity table and/or desk, however you’d like to put it to use
• Nice light, but also blackout pull-down shades and blinds
