Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approx $3,000 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
Note that a Gourmet Garage store is located directly below the property, offering convenient access to fresh produce, prepared meals, and everyday essentials.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
