Apartment In Cheshunt

I have stayed in accommodation all over the UK and indeed around the world, and I can genuinely say that I have rarely experienced such kindness and consideration from a host. After a very long journey, I didn’t arrive until after 1am, yet Emmanuel very kindly stayed up and waited for me so that he could personally make sure I arrived safely and was settled in. Travelling alone as a woman, particularly at that time of night, I cannot express how much I appreciated that reassurance and thoughtfulness. It was completely above and beyond anything I could reasonably have expected. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my stay exceptional was Emmanuel himself. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. I travel frequently and have stayed in countless places over the years, but I honestly cannot remember another host who has been prepared to wait up until the early hours simply because a guest had a long and difficult journey. That level of genuine hospitality is very rare and absolutely deserves recognition. Emmanuel, thank you so much for your kindness and for making what could have been a stressful late-night arrival feel safe and easy. I really, really appreciated it. You are an exceptional host, and I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

The noise from A10 Needs TLC. House is a hmo. Was a bit concerned. Had no need to be as the house was quiet. Toilet and seat moved. Small shower.
