Refurbished to a high standard. Spacious room with a large double bed with a comfy mattress. Good quality bedding. All amenities are available for a standard hotel room. Tasteful decorations. Self check-in and check-out. Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Congratulations to the owners/ managers.
None. Arrived late and left early do to business commitments.

The breakfast was self serves which suited me well. My only recommendation would be a toaster to toast the bread for breakfast.
Clear communication on the self service breakfast and limited parking on the drive due to owner having a car under repair under a car cover.

We loved the room layout and bathroom was clean as well.
The sofa bed was not super comfortable to sleep. The kitchen basically has nothing in it. The kettles in kitchen and room were not clean depriving us of much needed tea to refresh ourselves.

Beds were comfortable.
No kitchenette included with room. Listing made it seem included. Disappointed Television did not work or show any channels. No aerial plugged in. Not a smart tv so could not log on.
