The flat was very clean and comfortable on the inside. The host in particular was superb, and called us to let us know that we had left some coats behind and went out of his way so that we could collect them later. The host is friendly and helpful, and responds to messages very promptly. The beds were comfortable and the place is well looked after.
The street itself is not the most picturesque or clean. However, apart from that the location is not too bad. It is about a five minute walk from the overground train station and so you have easy access to Central London. The designated parking spot is not obvious, and not available on Fridays when the bin lorries come (we received a warning from the council for blocking access to the bins). The bathroom fan was a bit noisy.
