Acceptable for the price. Close to the tube station. Cleaning and kitchen stuff. Double beds mattress.

The bathroom sink was quite clogged. The little fan for all room wasn't enough for the summer days we have stayed there. I would like to have a microwave and TV available instead of one washing machine. It's not clear which room you have selected until you are actually there.

About 500m from Piccadilly line which serves King's Cross station and other places in London. The window opens on roofs, so you don't have the street noises. Hot during summer but fortunately, a fan was provided as well as fresh water bottles in the fridge when we arrived, we appreciated.

The studio is proposed for up to 4 people as there are 4 beds but there's only 2 chairs to eat on a table for 2, no cupboard nor storage place (but possible to put luggage under the bunk beds), there's a washing machine but nowhere to hang the clothes to dry (which is a nonsense as it makes the washing machine useless)... The owner is sympathetic but when I asked him for a 3rd chair to eat (as we were 3) or a drying rack, he answered that it was not possible due to a lack of place (the studio is actually very small), but a drying rack could have been easily put aside between the bed and the wall and folding chairs does exist too... Also a microwave would have been appreciated. Among the other small things that can be improved: the blinder is broken (does not rise - which makes it uneasy to open the window - and a strip is missing), the window doesn't lock properly (easy to enter in from the roof), the shower button turns well to activate the head (good pressure) but not in the other way (no pressure for the hand shower), I had to ask for tea towels but other small useful cheap things such as a kitchen roll, a bath mat, etc. should be provided to feel it's not just the minimum requirements. => not a bad place but can be far better with small improvements.

Very good location and easy to enter the property. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.

We booked two rooms and only received the key code for one room on arrival. We contacted the host who was very helpful and we soon received the key code for the second room.
